Terms of Service

1. The service

Parlami provides AI marketing agents that monitor your connected advertising, analytics, and content accounts, surface findings, and propose changes. Parlami is approval-first: agents recommend; changes that affect your accounts or spend require your explicit approval in the dashboard unless you separately enable an automated action in writing.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate contact and business information and keep your login email accessible; sign-in links are sent to that address. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring the people you invite are authorized to act for your business.

3. Connected accounts

You connect third-party accounts (such as Meta or Google) through their official authorization flows. You may revoke access at any time from the provider or from your settings page. Agents that depend on a connection stop working when it is revoked or expires. You confirm you are authorized to connect each account you connect.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Packages are billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can review your plan and next charge on the billing page; to cancel, use the billing portal or contact support@parlami.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Ad spend paid to advertising platforms is separate from and not included in Parlami fees.

5. No performance guarantee

Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control. Agent findings and recommendations are informed suggestions, not guarantees of leads, rankings, or revenue. You are responsible for the decisions you approve.

6. Your content and data

You retain ownership of your business data and creative material. You grant Parlami the rights needed to operate the service (syncing metrics, generating findings and drafts, keeping audit records). Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Drafts produced by agents for your business are yours to use once approved.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to run deceptive or unlawful advertising, violate third-party platform policies, send unsolicited bulk messages, or attempt to access other tenants' data. We may suspend accounts that put the platform, other customers, or ad-platform relationships at risk.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parlami's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose, and Parlami is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost ad spend.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend the service for material breach of these terms with notice. On termination you may request export of your tenant data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material we will notify you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
