Data Deletion Instructions

If you want Parlami/Faccia to delete data associated with you or your business, emailprivacy@parlami.aiwith enough information to locate the record safely.

1. For tenant account deletion, include your business name, admin email, and requested effective date.
2. For a lead-subject deletion request, include the lead email or phone number and the business that collected the lead.
3. For Meta app deletion requests, use Facebook's app removal flow. Meta will call Faccia's deletion callback; the request is recorded with a confirmation code and this page reports its status (received, processing, or completed).

Deletion removes or anonymizes operational records where practical. Some audit, billing, security, or legal records may be retained when required, and retained records should not be used for ad optimization or lead follow-up.
